Personally, I would have preferred if all the rooms had a kettle. But hey, that's just my preference, and I'm sure others might not mind it at all.

Owner stayed late to see us in, showed us our room and where to get food. Rooms clean with everything needed. No air con but a large fan, great for hot nights. Staff helpful and friendly.

Who needs food in the evening or a receptionist when you can push for local restaurant info on a cold, wet night? Huge convenience!

I recently stayed at Hotel Restaurant L'Esperance for a few nights during my vacation in Vitre. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, staying late to check us in and showing us around. The rooms were impeccably clean and had everything we needed, including a large fan to combat the lack of air conditioning. The hotel also provided a secure area for me to park my motorbike, which was a great reassurance. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay a pleasant one.

I highly recommend this hotel.
